Just to give an idea of exactly how lazy I've been, this set was for an Easter post. The tiny embroidered daisies and dainty, white dotted print felt so reminiscent of little Easter dresses that I never wore. I have a hunger for white lingerie, probably just for the thrill of it (how long til pit stains?? how long til period?? how long til genital scum?? how long til bad washing habits??), and honestly used Easter just as an excuse to buy this set. No regrets so far! It's a cute set at a great price.

The matching panties, which I got in a Large, looked a lot better a few weeks ago, I swear. Period bloat is not on my side today, and neither is the release of vegan Ben & Jerry's. Bikini style is usually a harrowing fit for me, because when you are short and thicker, accommodating the torso means that waistband comes up weird. Most of the time I prefer a low boyshort, or a high waist. But with so many soft edges on these, they work pretty well. The top is basic soft elastic, complete with dainty little yellow bow to match the center cage bow on the bra, and ticks the midrise box for my purposes. The back is all dotted mesh, with a seam that is done further in from the edge on the rear, to allow a more seamless look with less cutting in. However, because it's not as firm, it doesn't stay in place that well, and I get a really good mix of wedgie and diaper butt. This is an issue I have a lot though, so I don't fault this pair. These were my first brush with a more hi-cut side, which I'd always loathed in theory, but honestly? I find it very flattering. The nice edge of the matching embroidery over the hips is really cute, and the front panel is opaque for modesty. This pair of panties is a solid, pretty comfy pair, and gives me something a little fancier than my every-day wear.
The Bravissimo Daisy set brings together some of my favorite things: embroidery, dots, and white, with a soft Southern feel that I wish could find replicated in a sundress. Catch me ruining this set with dips at the river in a large, lopsided sun hat and a glass of iced sweet tea. Afternoon, ya'll!
